Genuine 1HD-FT Injector Lines — Full Set of Six

These are genuine Toyota 1HD-FT injector lines, supplied as a complete set of six. If you’re pulling worn or leaking lines off an HDJ80, this is the set that puts fuel delivery back to factory spec — no aftermarket or second-hand guesswork, no mismatched bends.

What they do

The injector lines carry high-pressure diesel from the mechanical injection pump to each of the six injectors. On the 1HD-FT they’re precision-formed to exact lengths and bend radii — that geometry matters, because it keeps injection timing and pressure consistent across all cylinders. Reused or damaged lines are a common cause of weeping fuel, hard starting, and rough running.

Why replace them

Toyota schedules these 1HD-FT injector lines for replacement around every 150,000km. After that, they start to break down internally — the bore deteriorates, debris can carry through to the injectors, and the risk of a high-pressure leak climbs. If you’re already in there doing injectors, a pump refresh, or an engine rebuild, replacing the lines at the same time is cheap insurance. Genuine lines seal properly first time and won’t fight you on the flare nuts like some aftermarket sets do.

These lines also suit the “1HD-FTM” conversion — running a mechanical fuel pump on an FTE engine.
