Planning a performance build? When fitting a 10mm or 12mm boost-compensated Toyota 1HZ reconditioned fuel injection pump — along with a front-mount intercooler, 3” exhaust system, and an upgraded clutch — you can achieve:

• 180–250hp with our standard 12mm pumps

• Up to 300hp with our high-horsepower variant

When Installing Your Fuel Pump

To ensure correct fitment and performance:

• Check your vehicle’s fuel primer pump for air leaks

• Replace the fuel filter with a new one

• If using a 10mm or 12mm pump, install an electric lift pump — we recommend the Carter P4600 rotary push pump, installed as close to the fuel tank as possible

The pump must be timed using a dial gauge and fuel pump timing tool, as per our provided specifications. This is standard procedure for this engine style.

Due to the custom nature of these pumps, minor fine-tuning may still be required post-installation.

🚨 We highly recommend dyno tuning the vehicle after fitment of your new 1HZ reconditioned fuel injection pump. This ensures:

• Proper installation

• Maximum performance

• Prevention of drivability issues or potential damage

Exchange Policy & Build Time

• Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for us to build your order

• All units are sold on an exchange basis

• No core refund will be issued if a fuel pump is not returned

• To avoid restocking fees, return your old pump within 4 weeks

• If you send your Toyota 1HZ reconditioned fuel injection pump in advance for reconditioning, no core charge will apply
