These engines are sold on an exchange basis, every order will incur a core holding charge of $750 which will be applied at the checkout, unless we are building your old engine, which will not incur any additional fees, but the below damages may effect the total price of the engine.
Once we receive your exchange unit, this core charge will be refunded to you, Unless the Engine is in not in a servicable condition as below.
NON-SERVICEABLE ENGINE SYMPTOMS:
- Any damage to crankshafts (broken balancers keyways, spun big end or main bearings)
- Damage to engine block (Conrods through block, damaged bores requiring engine to be re-sleeved).
- No major engine components missing
- Must be exchanged ‘like for like’ with the same engine supplied (I.E a 3L for a 3L).
WE OFFER AN UNLIMITED KMS/12-MONTH WARRANTY.
FUEL SYSTEM:
At a minimum we require the fuel system to be tested by an diesel injection workshop, with written evidence able to be provided.
Due to the cost of testing, and the age of these vehicles we recommend that you also replace your fuel injectors and fuel pump with a reconditioned unit, as this is vital for the longevity and performance of your diesel engine.

- Both new fuel pumps, or original fuel pumps (after being checked) must be installed and timed correctly to specification, using a dial gauge and fuel pump plunger tool, and the results to be recorded on the engine warranty card provided with the engine.
COOLANT SYSTEM:
The coolant system must be in proper working order:
- A new water pump, radiator cap & thermostat must be fitted.
- If re-using your original radiator, it must be checked for flow internally, and externally checked for air flow blockages, and free from any leaks.
- All heater and radiator hoses to be free from leaks, cracks, and perishing materials.
AFTERMARKET TURBOCHARGER SETUPS:
We are extremely confident in our engines and the components we use in them, and are happy to offer the same warranty as above.
We require the vehicle to be Dyno tuned after the engine has been fitted, and for the dyno results to be sent to us with the following readouts present (Manifold pressure (Boost), Horsepower, Torque and Air / Fuel ratio) to be present on the print out sent to us.
WARRANTY CARD:
Upon receiving your new engine, you will also receive a warranty card, it is vital that this is filled out during your build and engine installation, and sent back to us via email or physically when returning your old engine core in order for your warranty to be valid.

We are more then happy to freight engine australia wide.
We can organise return freight on all of our engines going out, and also all core engines being returned.
