• Core Size: 675mm x 300mm x 76mm
  That’s 5.8x greater surface area than the factory HDJ100 intercooler core — thicker, better placed, and dramatically more efficient.

• Stainless Steel 2.5” Intercooler Piping with heavy-duty silicone joiners – now simplified for easier install.

• Moulded End Tanks with rear-facing outlets – allows for larger core size and improved airflow from the engine fan.

• High-Torque Stainless Steel Clamps for maximum durability under boost.

• No Modifications Required for HDJ100 models – fits without touching the air conditioning system.

• For HDJ105: You’ll need to replace the condenser-to-compressor hose with the recessed HDJ100 pipe, or buy our one-piece replacement.

Performance Test Results:

• Maintains intake temps just 4–7°C above ambient during normal city driving.

• Under load (e.g., towing at 15–18psi, EGTs at 150°C), intake temps sit only 15°C above ambient — e.g., 35°C intake on a 20°C day. That’s exceptional cooling performance.

Front mount intercooler Compatibility Notes:

• Designed specifically for Toyota LandCruiser HDJ100, HDJ105, 1HD-FTE, 1HD-T, 1HD-FT, and 1HZ (turbo builds).

• If you’re running a HZJ105 with 1HZ, we recommend our smaller 645x240x65 core to reduce radiator heat load.

• Crossover Delete Option available for 1HD-FTE (add $150). Included by default for 1HZ / 1HD-T / 1HD-FT builds.

Installation & Fitment:

• Compatible with all bull bars and winches – core sits close to the condenser.

• Designed to avoid silicone joiners in front of the grille panel.

• Early 100 Series models without power steering cooler pipes won’t require rerouting. If your model has them, they’ll need to be rerouted through the passenger-side headlight opening.

• Engine fan draws noticeable airflow 50–80mm in front of the core at idle. Improved fan hub performance can be achieved by adding fluid to the viscous coupling.
