Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you check part compatibility carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
To process a claim, please email sales@hassardindustries.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Incorrect Items Received

Received something you didn’t order? Our bad! Let us know within 7 days and we’ll sort it out ASAP at no cost to you.

Warranty Claims

All parts are covered under manufacturer warranties where applicable. If you believe your item is defective and within warranty, please reach out with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We’ll assist in lodging a claim with the supplier or manufacturer.

Returns Process

For approved returns, items must:

  • Be unused and in original packaging

  • Include all components and accessories

  • Be returned within 14 days of approval

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Electrical components

  • Custom or special-order parts

  • Items installed, used, or damaged by the customer
